Once an online service or product is purchased, the client will have entered into an agreement with Gracespiration LLC. The client's agreement includes accepting guidance, products or suggestions to help facilitate healing with energy practices including the following terms and conditions:
Payment:
We respectfully ask clients to make payment via PayPal before a session or product is delivered.
Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 24 hours is required from a clients appointment time for cancellation. Payment in full is required if less than 24 hours is provided or client fails to attend the session.
Pricing: Sessions and products and their prices listed are subject to change without prior notification. Appointments already booked and paid for will be honored at original pricing.
Refusal to treat: We have the right to refuse or discontinue sessions at any time where the facilitator deems fit to do so. Circumstances where this may apply but are not limited to:
Medical: Sessions through Gracespiration LLC are not substitutes for proper medical diagnosis and treatment. At no time will any client be encouraged to stop medical treatment or change prescription drugs given to them by their medical practitioner. It is also the clients responsibility to consult with their doctor and get approval before entering into an energy healing session.
Personal information: During a clients session or consultation, we may need to collect personal information. This is important for the client and healing facilitator to tailor guidance. This information is kept strictly confidential. We may at times discuss personal issues or challenges during sessions. All information will be kept in strict confidence with the exception of that information that may result in danger to client or others.
